It is a disturbing place located in the esplanade of the municipal pantheon of Guanajuato, where we can find more than 100 impressive mummified bodies. The most incredible thing about the bodies is that they didn´t go through a process of embalming, but that they were formed naturally, due to the conditions of the place in which they are found. Among the most impressive mummies is the one that has been baptized as “the smallest mummy in the world”, a fetus of about 5 or 6 months of gestation, who died with his mother.
