News in one place. Pipedrive will make it easier for merchants to sell via popular Messenger and WhatsApp tools – Roklen24.cz

Startup Pipedrive, which develops a comprehensive CRM platform for sales management, has integrated the world’s most popular communication tools Messenger and WhatsApp. This will be available via the Message Inbox function, so merchants will have all conversations and negotiated contracts accessible in one place. At the same time, Pipedrive has integrated the popular DocuSign tool, which is used by small businesses around the world to sign documents electronically.

“The rapid digitalization continues in the small and medium enterprise sector, accompanied by changing business needs. For marketers, this means an increased emphasis on speed, security, and native integration of popular tools into a single CRM platform. As a result, they can now have all conversations directly through Pipedrive without having to open WhatsApp or Messenger. This will make it easier for them to trace their contacts and streamline the contracting process.” said Michal Smetana, head of Pipedrive’s Czech branch.

WhatsApp and Messenger are the most popular communication platforms in the world and are now the most popular on the Pipedrive Marketplace, with a user base of 3.3 billion users. The massive growth in messaging apps offers vendors endless opportunities to use this platform to reach potential customers and lead conversations.

What the WhatsApp and Messenger integration brings:

  • add contacts, leads and offers from individual conversations in one place
  • auto save conversation history
  • shared access to in-team conversations for easier context
  • sorting conversations and assigning to individual business team members

The DocuSign integration complements the similar Smart Docs tool from the Pipedrive workshop. Users can create documents in Smart Docs and send them for signature via DocuSign. The new integration also allows:

  • use secure electronic signature using fingerprint
  • customize messages merchants send to clients
  • arrange for signature requests to be sent so that documents are signed by third parties in a timely manner
  • customize signature to reflect physical signature

Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and DocuSign can be downloaded from the Pipedrive Marketplace, where more than 320 other tools are available. Each year, their number grows in the dozens more, which can be integrated via APIs and third-party developers. “Native integration is Pipedrive’s way of covering the entire sales cycle. It allows salespeople to take full advantage of popular CRM tools without having to open a new bookmark in a browser or launch an app on their phone. At the same time, they have all the data from their communications in one place. and thus can use it to streamline their own work or to seek other business opportunities.” added Michal Smetana.
