Alpine Skiing World Championships

Fashionable Courchevel and simpler Meribel are hosting the World Alpine Ski Championships. Organizers strongly recommend that you secure your tickets now, as you won’t have to get tickets later and you won’t even be close to the race slopes. France, where downhill skiing is one of the most important sports, is hosting the World Championships for the fourth time in its 98-year history. Domestic and foreign fans will definitely not miss this! They expect a fortnight of excitement, cheers, emotion, disappointment, and most importantly, immense fun on the track and in the evenings in the hospitality facilities and fan zones at the finish line of the racing slopes.
Until recently, the World Ski Championships in French territory were held in Chamonix under Mont Blanc in 1937 and 1962, and then only in Val d’Isère in 2009. However, Méribel has rich experience from world cups and also from the Summer Olympics. Cold 1992 Albertville , as all women’s ski disciplines were raced on the slopes here.
