Zeman filed criminal charges for sabotage. He just stopped tasting, the lawyer said

Miloš Zeman may be tried again. He filed a criminal complaint on suspicion of sabotage against those who spoke of abolishing presidential powers under Article 66 of the Constitution.

Visitor I ask is a lawyer for Marek Nespala, who represents President Miloš Zeman.

President Miloš Zeman views the state of his fall health problems and the associated hospitalizations that led to consideration of the temporary transfer of power of the head of state as a “certain coup attempt”. IN Interview for MF Dnes he did not rule out the need for legal solutions.

Previously, Nespala’s presidential lawyer or head of the palace office, Vratislav Mynář, described the debate about the possibility of activating Article No. 66 Constitution as “attempted coup against the president.”

Some time ago, Zeman sued psychiatrist Džamila Stehlíková for statements about his health condition. In October last year, in connection with Zeman’s health condition, the former Minister of Human Rights announced, among other things, that the presidential ban on hospitals had led to an increase in delirium tremens.

Isn’t it the president’s fault that his office is not communicating enough about his health? In what cases should the president’s right be violated?

What was said in the interview?

1:10 – The National Center against Organized Crime has found that no one in President Zeman’s circle has harmed him.

1:44 – This is an entity that is trying to usurp the powers of the directly elected President of the Republic. And we will work it out.

2:40 – The President of the Republic is very concerned, the President is really comfortable. He had health problems, somehow disappeared.

3:10 – What I consider to be really overreaching is, with regard to the state of his health, everyone has the right to stumble. But usurping the president’s power? Oh no.

3:50 – We will file a criminal complaint for a very serious crime of sabotage. (…) We all know who has spoken in public.

4:40 – If someone wants to take your power, it’s too much.

6:50 – I am authorized to say that the basis of the problem is anorexia. My client just stopped tasting. Then checked what was wrong with him, but it didn’t mean dementia was delirious or something Mrs. Stehlíková.

8:07 – (President) did not deny. That’s slander. He just feels sick, has metabolic problems.

13:22 – I think the first words about the activation of Article 66 came from the Senate in June or July. It was the president of the republic in complete peace.

21:27 – Mr. Engineer Mynar is a great businessman. And when we first met, he grabbed me by the neck, pushed me against the wall, and said, It’s not going to be three thousand hours, it’s not going to be two thousand hours. And I have about two minutes to decide. If I have to say it’s not enough, it’s offensive. After all, he was a prestigious client. At least these are the costs associated with providing this service. Well, it’s not big business.
