On Thursday, the Senate Budget and Public Finance Committee upheld an amendment to the 2023 budget amendment. The amendment concerns a 500-plus benefit increase, starting in June 2023, and a vote is planned at Friday’s Senate meeting. .
Minister Maląg criticized the opposition’s actions, which he said slowed down the process of implementing the law. – This shows the entire line of the opposition and how they support pro-family policies – he said, adding that only when PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński announced that the 500 plus allowance would be changed to 800 plus, and free medicines for seniors and children would appear, is the opposition moving for family friendly activities.
