In addition, the government plans to pay for refugees to stay only in places that have agreements with governors. Currently, 39,937 people live in collective accommodation centers, which is 4.2%. refugees. “Sometimes owners use refugees for unpaid work,” we read.
These changes are part of a broader government plan to increase control over refugees, both in places where the government funds their food and housing and in schools.
