Ex-Fifty Fifty members Saena, Aran, and Sio are gearing up for a comeback under a new group despite legal conflicts with their former agency.

Former Fifty Fifty members Saena, Aran, and Sio, who are currently involved in a 13 billion won lawsuit against their former agency ATTRAKT, have announced their return to the entertainment world.

The three artists have signed exclusive deals with Massive E&C, a subsidiary of IOK Company. They are scheduled to return as members of a new girl group in the second half of this year.

Saena, Aran, and Sio are involved in a lawsuit against ATTRAKT, seeking 13 billion won in damages. They previously requested an injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts, but lost their appeal.

After that, ATTRAKT sued the three members, their parents, and twelve other people, including The Givers CEO An Sungil, who were involved in the contract dispute. The first trial is scheduled for August 29.

IOK Company said that the three members who were key figures in Fifty Fifty’s worldwide success will continue their careers in the new group.

Representatives for Saena, Aran and Sio told SPOTV News on August 12: “We are doing everything we can to ensure that the members’ views are fully represented in the ongoing litigation. We have chosen not to make a formal statement before the court, but we intend to resolve the complaint through the courts.”

Fifty Fifty's Saena, Aran, and Sio are preparing for their comeback under a new group despite legal conflicts with their former agency K-Sélection.

Saena, Aran, and Sio will continue to use their stage names from their Fifty Fifty days in their new group. A representative confirmed, “The three members will continue to use their stage names and we have verified that there are no legal issues in this matter. »

Meanwhile, Fifty Fifty restructured its group after the departure of three members. Former member Kina was joined by new members: Chanelle, Hana, Yewon and Athena. The band plans to release new music on September 20.
