As wPolityce.pl found out, Michał Kuczmierowski, former president of the Government’s Strategic Reserve Agency, was recently detained by British police in London. This is the result of a European arrest warrant issued today.

As established by the portal wPolityce.pl, Michał Kuczmierowski is currently detained. Tomorrow there will be an extradition hearing at the extradition court in London. Previously, the media reported that a European Arrest Warrant had been issued for the former RARS president. The order covers the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Police officers from Warsaw Police Headquarters are looking for Michał Kuczmierowski, 46, Waldemar’s son, who lives in Warsaw. An arrest warrant for the man was issued by the Silesian Branch of the Organized Crime and Corruption Department of the Katowice-based National Prosecutor’s Office. The 46-year-old man is wanted for crimes under Article 258 par. 1 of the Criminal Code and Article 231 par. 2 Criminal Code Information about wanted persons can be submitted to telephone numbers 477237657, 477237893, emergency number 112 or the nearest police unit.
