Brann was praised in the clouds by Norwegian Top Football (NTF) and received the “club of the year” award at the Eliteserien in 2024.

The Bergens acquired it after a silver season in which the club stood out for its investment, among other things, in sustainability and public initiatives. In his appointment it was stated that Brann “has inspired the whole of Norwegian Football and set new standards for how a club can become an important force in both the sport and the local community”.

– This club has a special position in its community and in its city. Fire is Bergen, and Bergen is Fire. The enthusiasm and strength that was created became an inspiration for Fotball-Norge.
