The invisible savior, as emergency line operators are called, is a very important element in saving human lives. On line 155, they decide the urgency of the patient’s condition, organize the work of the rescue team, alert first responders and ensure that the patient is admitted to a medical facility.
Emergency line operators also assist those who call 155 with resuscitation advice. They can give advice on how to manage a premature birth or how to stop arterial bleeding. They can do everything based on information from ordinary people over the phone.

The savior of South Bohemia will be in the square
As part of the emergency day, the rescuers of South Bohemia prepared an event on Monday, June 16, at Přemysl Otakar II Square. “In addition to vehicles to deal with the aftermath of an extraordinary event, visitors will also see a rescue ambulance and a doctor with all the equipment used, or a simulated workplace of a medical surgery center. Under the supervision of a professional healthcare professional, they will be able to experience the correct procedures to provide first aid for life-threatening conditions, including the use of an automated external defibrillator.” describes the spokesperson for the Health and Rescue Services for the Southern Bohemian Region Petra Kafková. The event lasted until 16.00 WIB.
