This is stated by the Norwegian Rowing Association in its press release.
Preparation for EC is done through stay at high altitude, which relates to the best possible preparation towards the main goal, namely the WC in September.
Altitude stay takes place for rowers for the first time in Norway. The national team lives and exercises in the open field in Juvasshytta at an altitude of 1,850 meters above sea level. Rowing takes place on the six-kilometer Høydalsvatnet in Lom.
