Bounce, a search engine for baggage storage, focuses on several factors when evaluating airlines and airports. For the food, drinks, services, entertainment and amenities available to business class passengers, but also, of course, for the seats themselves. Ratings are based on reviews on the Businessclass.com portal.
Egyptair has the lowest rating in this regard, at 5.71 points. On average, they got six points for all factors, only four for the drink offer. Copa Airlines Panama gets one more point in the overall ranking, which is 6.71. Air China then 7.14 points.
Best Heathrow Airport
On the other hand, Singapore Airlines performed best, having won the title of the world’s best airline several times. Overall, they received 9.57 points in the ranking, the highest score given by the Bounce server for food, drink, service and entertainment. Qatar Airways and Cathay Pacific followed in second and third place.
A number of European airlines were also ranked, including Turkish Airlines in fourth place with a total score of 8.86 points. Fifteenth place belongs to Dutch KLM and Austrian Austrian Airlines — both scoring 8.29 points in business class. Roughly in the middle are Brussels Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa and Finnair.
In terms of airports and business lounges, London’s Heathrow Airport takes first place. Tokyo’s Haneda Airport is behind it, and Singapore’s Changi is third. Airports in Istanbul and Incheon in South Korea received the worst scores. You can find the full ranking here.
