Anna Bogusiewicz joins the group of hosts of the main edition of “Wiadomości” on TVP. Telewizja Polska ensures that the composition of the remaining hosts remains unchanged. But for now, Michał Adamczyk, director of the Television Information Agency and one of the hosts of “Wiadomości”, did not appear at the event.

Anna Bogusiewicz made her debut as host of the main edition of “Wiadomości” on September 17, in a special edition broadcast, among other things, from Suwalki, where the concert “Together for Safe Borders” took place.

Now TVP has announced that Bogusiewicz will join the permanent lineup of the weekend edition of “Wiadomości” at 19:30.

Anna Bogusiewicz has been associated with Polish Television for six years. In 2017, he became a researcher in the “Wiadomości” team. In December 2020, he debuted as an evening news anchor and “Poranek Info” on TVP Info. In August this year, he joined the group of hosts of the program “Plan Dzień”, which is also broadcast on TVP Info. Previously, she was a model and participated in beauty pageants.

In a response sent to us, the TVP Information Center confirmed that the remaining hosts of “Wiadomości” at 19:30 will remain Michał Adamczyk, Edyta Lewandowska, Marta Kielczyk and Danuta Holecka.

In early September, the Onet.pl portal revealed that Michał Adamczyk, currently director of the Television Information Agency, was indicted by prosecutors more than 20 years ago for brutally beating his girlfriend, which was also confirmed by the court. “The actions described in the article did not occur,” Adamczyk told wPolityce.pl. “I have applied for leave and submitted myself to the TVP management board,” he added.

Adamczyk then sued the portal’s publisher – Ringier Axel Springer Polska – and accused the article’s author, Mateusz Baczyński, of defamation.

According to our information, Michał Adamczyk decided to extend his leave. It is not yet known when he will return to work.
