Tottenham – Arsenal 3-0 (2-0)
With 22 minutes into play, the home side took a 1-0 lead when Antonio Conte slotted home after a cross from the right.
Cédric Soares cloned him for himself and Arsenal when he pushed Heung-min Son into the box. The punishment still seems light. Harry Kane was safe from chalk marks, and hammered in front.
Arsenal manager Mikael Arteta said a lot by not talking about the situation after the game.
– I can’t give you my opinion. I will be suspended for a long time. “I think you can read my body language very clearly,” Arteta told the BBC.
It went from bad to worse for Arsenal after just over half an hour. Rob Holding didn’t look well until he got a second yellow and showered early – after an unnecessary elbow against Son.
– It’s completely incomprehensible how Holding could do this with an hour left to play. Almost unbelievable, said Jesper Mathisen of TV 2 live.

Minutes later, Kane slipped into the back post and stabbed 2-0 from a corner which was headed by Rodrigo Bentancur. Kane’s 13th goal in the last 15 games against Arsenal is a fact.
Martin degaard was the away team captain tonight, and had a tough day at work as Arsenal were reduced to ten men. The closest the Norwegian came to was a shot from 12 meters that went straight at goal. He also got a yellow card.
Just after the break, Son scored. Kane was strong in the duel in the box, and the ball went through Gabriel and out to Son, who could have easily made it 3-0. He is now just one goal behind top scorer Mohamed Salah (22 goals), and maybe that’s why he wasn’t too happy to be substituted in the quarter before the end.
– Of course I’ve always wanted to play, what can I say? I have to accept that, we have a game on Sunday so that’s why. “I’m not angry, I’m just disappointed,” Son told Sky Sports after the game.
Spurs are just one point behind Arsenal in fifth place in the Premier League with two games left to play. Thus headed for a thriller in the battle for a Champions League place.
– The next two games are our focus now. “There are two games left and the most important thing is the Champions League,” Kane said.

Arsenal goalkeeper Gabriel left the pitch injured, which was bad news as Arsenal were struggling with defender injuries before the crucial sprint.
