It was not only age, but especially chronic health problems that brought Jiří Krampol back to the hospital in December. The famous actor and entertainer finally spent the turn of 2022 and 2023 there.
While many famous faces celebrated the arrival of the new year in one place, Krampol had very different concerns. Again, this was caused by a disease of the bronchial tubes, which had troubled him repeatedly in recent years.
According to information from Sedmička, he was hospitalized at Prague’s Na Františku Hospital during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve holidays, where he was given intravenous antibiotics.
On Monday, doctors agreed and cleared the popular actor and entertainer for home treatment. “I’m home and I feel much better,” he told the weekly.
Of course, this is good news, but perhaps Krampol will have to slow down in the new calendar year. After all, he will celebrate his 85th birthday in the summer.
