Join the party behind closed doors. A selection of news from the local independent scene

We dive straight into the sonic parade of local news with the opener of the latest album Raus by the Tomáš Palucha quartet. This time too, we will find several guests on the recording, and the classic epic instrumental compositions have been complemented by vocals, for example, Todd Nesbitt or Soňa Amranova. Publisher Day After, which is behind the publication of Raus, made two cuts to the current volume. The latter is the responsibility of Tábor from Prague, from whose upcoming new album, Valley of Stars, we released the song Koráb to the airwaves.

We also managed to get a single from a new band with familiar faces from an exclusive sample collection Stay sane. Honest old school hardcore will soon release its debut on the Patient Boy Records label. The loud musical representation was completed by Hall of Famer Blank from Olomouc, who, after more than 15 years in the music world, is adept at singing in Czech.

Of course there is also news from the world of punk. While Prague Skincare releases the first song of the upcoming demo, the new band Thotal emerges from the microwave oven in Pilsen, where we can find members of Leather Unit, Levag and Mapy pekla.

How do you view the transformation of Smíchovský nádraží by rappers Lobbyboy, EYZ and THC LUNA G? Who contributed the shortest song to the current playlist? How much musical humor did you manage to incorporate into the new Spina? Who pays homage to classic west coast powerviolence bands? Who prepares our daily dose of nourishing, sovereign grindcore for us? Listen to the entire Dirt from the record!
