New information about the hate scandal. Onet and OKO.press publish new news from the Caste / Antykasta group – Wprost

Let’s remember: as established in 2019 by the portal “Onet”, there will be a center in the Ministry of Justice that oversees and coordinates actions aimed at judges who oppose judicial reform. In other words, hatred is organized in such a way against judges by sending harmful information, for example about having a stash.

Therefore, the media called the practice a “hate scandal”. The group involved in the practice were 24 lawyers, mainly judges, who gathered around Deputy Minister of Justice ukasz Piebiak. They communicate via WhatsApp, where they form a Caste/Antykasta group.

Name calling and profanity

The publication of the news by “Onet” not only led to the disappearance of the positions of several heroes of the scandal, including Piebiak, but also the start of an investigation by the prosecutor’s office, which is still ongoing.

On Tuesday, the portals “Onet and” OKO.press “publish more information about the hate scandal. This is the content of successive messages exchanged by members of groups fighting – as they themselves call them – “criminals”, i.e. opponents of changes in the judiciary Insults and obscenities appeared on the news.

“Bydlak”, “Qtasina”

The Caste/Antykasta group cited, among other things, the entry about former judge Jarosław Gwizdak, who served as president of the Katowice-West District Court. As “Onet” reminds, he criticized the state of the Polish justice system in the media, promoted courts for citizens, was a proponent of introducing technological innovations to courts and organized protests in Silesia against changes in courts implemented by the government .

In 2018, he failed to run for president of Katowice, with disciplinary officers conducting an explanatory process against him. In 2019, he resigned from the post of judge. In this way, he wanted to protest what happened in court. He explained, among other things, that he was buried in the archives, because he had as many as 700 cases to deal with at the same time.

“This is it. Instead of a message that the slacker left 700 cases, we have information that he left because of bad MS he has a report of 700 cases “- wrote about Gwizdak on WhatsApp on March 1, 2019 Konrad Wytrykowski, currently a member of the Disciplinary Chamber . “I’m sorry for this comparison, but it’s not Gwizdak, he’s an asshole,” wrote Przemysaw Radzik, deputy disciplinary spokesman, a day later. “Qtasina is not stepping down as president, but her term has ended,” Wytrykowski added.

“Do something with that Bilinski”

Another discussion concerns judge ukasz Biliński of the Warsaw-ródmieście District Court. Biliński released the anti-government protest participants, who were sued by the police. In justifying the ruling, he argued that citizens have the right to protest and express their views.

In June 2019, Biliński was transferred to work in the Family Department, and previously the Ministry of Justice dissolved the department where Biliński tried the offences. According to published information, this decision could have been premeditated. “Do something with that Bilinski,” wrote Judge Jakub Iwaniec, then delegated to the Ministry of Justice, on March 2, 2019. “I’ll transfer to the family … or MS?” – Judge Maciej Mitera, then chairman of the District Court for Warszawa-Śródmieście, who decided to transfer Biliński, replied to the letter.

The Caste/Antykasta group also featured thread judge Marek Safjn, former president of the Constitutional Court, and currently a Polish judge at the European Union’s Court of Justice. The report on Safjan concerns the issuance of guarantees by the CJEU in the Supreme Court case. The court ordered Poland to suspend provisions of the Supreme Court Act relating to the mandatory retirement of judges at the age of 65, to reinstate such judges and to suspend their appointment.

“Now you just have to check if there were any Poles involved in it and huzia na jozia” commented judge Dariusz Drjewicz on 19 October 2018 of the National Council of Justice. “This is about Poland, not cloth,” wrote Judge Maciej Nawacki, also of the National Council of Justice. “This is a cloth that represents the Republic of Poland at CJEU,” Wytrykowski added.

“I hate those belittled idiots”

Among the messages published, there are also those relating to the Polish Teachers’ Union. In 2019, he demanded the government, among other things, raise and higher spending on education, and shortly thereafter started a nationwide strike. The head of the PNA suggested that if no agreement was reached, the teacher could, as a last resort, refrain from moving the student to the next grade.

Another Polish pathology from PNA. Mega demon profession. How I hate these belittled fools “- wrote Drjewicz on March 16, 2019. “They are not idiots, just insolent idiots with privileges. Don’t let them go, but take them piece by piece (…) The majority of society hates them and with a good narrative, you can make them go to work, and let them go … “- added judge Andrzej Skowron about on the same day, delegated to the Ministry of Justice.
