We also commemorate International Health Day at the school club on April 8th. After class, they met at the school gym and talked briefly about why we met. Together, they think about what everyone is doing right or wrong for their health, but also how to improve it. They realize what we’re doing wrong: we often have improper diets, we drink little, we don’t move much, some of us don’t exercise enough, but we also think little, we don’t exert our brains enough. Then we briefly get acquainted with our skeleton, but also with our organs. They show the model where, what it is, for what and why it is so important to us. The meeting then continued with a competitive race.

As usual we were divided into groups, forming four. In the first part, we wake our brain and our task is to get the answers of 15 riddles. The puzzle is followed by mutual checks and the writing of the first point. The second half showed our physical fitness. Four competitors enter from each group. Their task is to jump as far as possible through the jumps in such a way that after the first jump, the second and then the fourth competitor goes to his landing. The groups are awarded the appropriate points. In the second movement competition, four from each group jump again for one minute and we count the number of times the contestants jump rope. The number of jumps was then scored for the group. The third competition is also about improving physical fitness. For one minute, they counted how many sit-ups each of the four would do.

In the next competition, we examine how we follow the introductory talk. We traced the silhouette of one of each group on a large sheet of paper. And then the groups work collectively. Various organs of our body made of paper are placed at a certain distance. Our task is to place them in the silhouette as we think they are stored, but also to depict the given organs of the body. After completing this task, points are checked and scored. Yes, this is the last competition. And how did it go after adding up the points and rankings? Someone has to win, someone has to lose. But that’s it.

1st Place – with the same 19 points – Groups 2 and 3
2nd Place – 18 points – Group 1
Winner 3 – 16 points Group 4.

The results are quite balanced. Now just a little reward for the end. And what to say in conclusion? We must be grateful for our health and take care of it as best we can.
