– I, Przemysław Czarnek the undersigned, Minister of Education and Science, withdraw from my words spoken on 13 June 2020 on TVP Info and on 3 August 2020 on Radio Maryja, while remaining true to my views – he wrote this morning (September 28) on social media Przemysław Czarnek.
And he added: – My intention is not to offend anyone, including people from the LGBT+ community, especially Prof. Jakub Urbanik. I believe that the way the statement was pronounced made Prof. Jakub Urbanik collected them personally, which is not what I meant, for that Prof. Jakub Urbanik, I’m very sorry [pisownia oryginalna].
There is also a note at the end of the post: Warsaw, 21 July 2022 Przemysław Czarnek
Who is prof. Jakub Urbaniak?
He is a lecturer at the University of Warsaw. He sued Czarnek for homophobic remarks on TVP Info and Radio Maryja. The professor demanded an apology on TVP, TVN, “Gazeta Wyborcza” and “Gazeta Polska” and a payment of PLN 20 thousand. PLN for Love Does Not Exclude Unity. What for?
Well, during the presidential campaign in 2020, Czarnek said: “Let’s defend us from the LGBT ideology and finish listening to this stupidity about some human rights or equality. These people are not the same as normal people and let’s end this discussion.”
On August 3, in the broadcast of Radio Maryja Czarnek, he judged that “there is no doubt that all the LGBT ideologies that have emerged from neo-Marxism (and this one from Marxism) stem from the same roots as Nazi Germany’s National Socialism, namely that it was responsible for the all the crimes of World War II, the destruction of Warsaw and the murder of the rebels”.
– No one can use that language. Especially an academic teacher, as his main job is to protect his students. He must not exclude anyone – said Professor Jakub Urbaniak when he sued Czarnka in the fall of 2020.
