The IAAF is under pressure not only from society and Caster Semenyaov’s sponsors, among them the company Nike, but also from the UN. Experts in the field wrote to IAAF President Sebastian Coe that the ban could put women at risk of consequences that go beyond just the inability to compete.
These new regulations only reinforce negative stereotypes and stigma that women in these categories are not women and therefore must be corrected through skull removal which has side effects on their health, the authors initially wrote.

In fact, because of this, the IAAF prefers to wait for the final CAS decision, to which the athlete has appealed. Until this independent arbitrator decides, the world of athletics will not enforce a rule that in short means: the art of testosterone, or the male seducer.
CAS must make a decision by March 26 2019.
Prolonging uncertainty for athletes looking to train next season is unfair. Therefore, we agree that we will not request further review of the disputed rule until it is resolved by an arbitrator.
