When “New Year’s Eve Dream with Two” musicians from the band Black Eyed Peas appear on stage with the rainbow band and express their solidarity with the environment LGBT. The case had been in an uproar for several tens of hours, now TVP employees started talking backstage.

“Sylwester Marzeń” caused a storm. “The people from TVP know it”

– The people from TVP know very well that the situation with the armbands will happen, and there are still a lot of Kurski people in Woronicza – said our interlocutor. He highlighted, among other things, the entry of Samuel Pereira, a TVP employee. “At 8pm #SylwesterDreams kicks off. An event for people of all races, religions, orientations and genders. Have fun!” Pereira wrote on December 31 before twenty.

Our other interlocutors talked about scenarios: – If TVP doesn’t agree with rainbow band, the band will accuse TVP of censoring social media or will stop the show altogether, and public television will be hated around the world – believe us other interlocutors.

The TVP employees we spoke to related further facts. Politician Solidarna Polska, Kurski’s political counterpart, was outraged by this display of solidarity – nomen omen. “Homopropaganda on TVP for 1 million dollars. That’s not a good change. Disgraceful” — hint of attack given by Janusz Kowalski, Undersecretary of Agriculture. “LGBT promotion on #TVP2. SHAME! It’s not #SylwesterDreams, but Sylwester Wynaturzeń” – also commented Marcin Warchoł, Undersecretary of Justice. Zbigniew Ziobro, Minister of Justice, also spoke. “Mistakes do happen. But if the promotion of LGBT at the TVP New Year’s Eve concert was planned by the station, those who think it’s a scandal are right,” said Ziobro.

– Jacek Kurski wants to return to TVP over this scandal – said our informant and drew attention to the actions involving politicians friends of the ex-president. — The action filmed together with Solidarna Polska was a flop, but people couldn’t understand it. From the moment we hear: – The plot is a failure, but the intentions are good.

Jacek Kurski’s new job. “Still Can’t Forget”

In early December 2022, Jacek Kurski became Poland’s representative on the World Bank’s board of executive directors. However, as our interlocutor added, he still cannot forget TVP. He keeps in touch with his former co-workers (those who live at the station). Since September, his wife, Joanna Kurska, has returned to work at TVP, managing the editorial office of “Questions for Breakfast”. According to unofficial information, Kurska will soon say goodbye to public television.

The parliamentary club “Solidarna Polska” was founded on 7 November 2011 and is formed by 16 MPs and 1 senator, all elected from the Law and Justice list. Its creation is associated with the dismissal of three Members of the European Parliament from PiS – Tadeusz Cymański, Zbigniew Ziobro and Jacek Kurski (this happened on 4 November 2011). In 2009-2014, Kurski was a Member of the European Parliament on behalf of Solidarna Polska.

The former president of TVP spoke to the editorial office of Onet this evening. He denied that he had anything to do with this year’s New Year’s Eve organization at TVP and asked “not to associate his name with things that had nothing to do with him”.
