“Hello everyone, after a few months of experiencing health problems, I’m happy to share the good news with you, I’ve beaten cancer. I don’t know a better feeling than being healthy again.” wrote last night former Budejovice Motor striker Pavel Novak on his Instagram.
He reported his illness on the same social network at the end of June. “I was diagnosed with cancer a few days ago and will start treatment soon.” Novák, originally from Tábor, wrote at the time.
After less than four months, the young hockey player overcame his illness. In the post, he thanked the doctors who helped him overcome the disease, adding that they were his “heroes”. “A big thank you to my parents and sister, who made the first last for me and went through the entire treatment with me. It wouldn’t have been possible without you! I also thank everyone who supported me in my fight against the disease. this.” he wrote, looking forward to what the future would bring.

The young hockey player was drafted by Minnesota two years ago, this year he should be fighting for a spot on the A team in summer camp. In August, he was also supposed to start with the U-20 hockey team at the postponed world championships in Canada.
