00:32. German media: Zelensky has made no progress in implementing the main demands of the “victory plan”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ended his European tour with his “victory plan”. According to the daily portal Bild, the effect of the trip was “quite weak”. Military expert Carlo Masala told Bild that Zelensky had made no progress in implementing the two main demands of his plan.
