Jacek Żakowski’s strong but unexpected words about “Putin’s methods” and Donald Tusk’s “authoritarian management model”, which he conveyed on neo-TVP Info, caused a huge number of comments on the Internet. Even more interesting, the entry regarding Żakowski’s statement disappeared on the official neo-TVP account on the X platform, which was noticed by alert Internet users.

Jacek Żakowski, columnist for “Gazeta Wyborcza” and “Polityka”, expressed his dissatisfaction with the way Prime Minister Donald Tusk held the crisis staff meeting in neo-TVP Info.

As it turns out, freedom of expression is not the strongest point (if any) of neo-TVP Info. Jacek Żakowski’s unexpected and harsh comments regarding Donald Tusk’s methods… were deleted from the television’s social media accounts. This, in turn, gave rise to extremely negative opinions among Polish politicians and representatives of public opinion.
