Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) again received the “Top Employer” certification in Norway from the Top Employers Institute. The nine-year “Top Employer” certification demonstrates TCS’ dedication to creating a better everyday working life through superior HR policies and personnel practices.

– It is always equally satisfying to receive this certification. The pandemic has shown us that a good workplace doesn’t just have to be in the office. Even after returning from the head office, we see that it is important to think differently to look after employees both in and out of the office. We have worked actively to ensure this over the last year, and we are very grateful that this work is recognized by the Top Employers Institute, say Rajan Maheshwari, country manager for TCS Norway.

TCS’ focus on creating a workplace that looks after employees has contributed to relatively low employee turnover and high loyalty across the company’s European teams. About 28% of employees in Europe have worked for the company for at least ten years.
