Apart from the National Theatre, the Ungelt Theater is currently the only stage where you can see actor František Němek live.
At Ungelt, Mr. Halpern and Mr. Johnson played in productions with Petr Kostka, and with theater school principal Milan Hein, he also worked in a play by Mr. Old.
acting environment
In the tragicomedy Old Masters, the actors meet on stage in close quarters, in the roles of actors. Environments are very important for the show, but even more important are the relationships, which Milan Hein says were very strained during the show.
Hein and Němec met on the theater stage as actors and, moreover, as brothers. One is successful and famous, the other is in the brother’s shadow all his life.
“František Němec and I are not brothers, but someone told us that is believable. According to our acting type, we could be brothers,” said Ungelt Theater principal Milan Hein.

Culture
Despite the fact that the play is a tragicomedy, the audience can really look forward to funny situations. “This is a strong human story, one might say dramatic, but it has lots of light and funny parts,” added the actor.
The whole repertoire on the summer stage
The Ungelt Theater will present the old masters and all of their other plays on their summer stage at Prague Castle. “This year, we will start on May 16 with the appearance of Housle, which is an American comedy starring Jiří Langmajer, Pavel Liška and myself,” explained Hein.
A total of 110 shows will take place at Nové Svět, that is, 20 titles.
A regular theatre guest, actress Simona Stašová, returned to the closed summer stage again this year with a series of appearances. Filumena Marturano, where Stašová excelled alongside Svatopluk Skopala, and The Last of Hot Lovers, where she met Petr Nárožný, will take place.
For the first time, Richard Krajčo will see the summer landscape with his appearance All Wonderful Things, Ondřej Brousek with David Švehlík and the zoo drama Příběh ze.
