Diving clubs in Eastern Norway now have the opportunity to apply for support for projects for children and young people. Sparebankstiftelsen DNB hopes that many will take advantage of this opportunity within the deadline.

Since 2002, many sports associations and teams contributing to the enjoyment of children and young people have received support in large and small amounts from Sparebankstiftelsen DNB – among them several diving clubs.
The next application deadline is December 1, and the foundation hopes many will take advantage of this opportunity to register. They particularly support projects that create commitment, participation and a sense of belonging for children and young people.
– Many great apps have arrived, but we always want more. With the funds we have, we can support local initiatives and channel the power of good, says André Støylen, director of Sparebankstiftelsen DNB.
The foundation has previously provided support for over 40 dive clubs, including for the purchase of diving equipment, boats and compressors. Here are some examples:
So far this year, Sparebankstiftelsen DNB has distributed NOK 1.1 billion to support more than 2,000 projects with associations and organizations in Eastern Norway.
Applications received before December 1 will be answered in the first quarter of 2024. Applications up to NOK 50,000 have a shorter processing time.
