After several months of absence, Rosenborg’s Ole Sæter is finally ready for a comeback. The striker hopes to play under new coach Svein Maalen.

It was Rosenborg himself who published the video on social media in which Sæter reports that he is ready for Sunday’s home match against Sarpsborg 08. This could be his first important game since November 11 last year.

– The enthusiasm and passion I have in my body now, I’ve probably never felt before. I have never felt joy like this, in the form of a new gift, after so long, said Sæter in a video published in Twitter.

Sunday’s match will also be his first under new interim coach Svein Maalen. Trønder took over after Kjetil Rekdal and Geir Frigård were sacked during the national team break. Sæter played under Maalen at Ranheim.

– I’m really looking forward to playing under Svein again and being part of the team, said Sæter.
