It’s great that so many clubs can complete the REMA 1000 Handball School and teach kids the funniest ball game in the world. Feedback from the club indicates that the implementation is successful.

Korsvoll
Korsvoll had 45 participants aged 7-12 at their handball school over the fall holidays. We divided the children into 3 groups based on age, where each group had 2 young people as coaches. 8 of the club’s oldest young people work as coaches for these 3 groups as well as organizing e.g. fruit serving, lunch, and waffle frying.

SpyderbergFor the first time in Spydeberg’s history, we started a handball school with us. We’re a little excited about how many people will sign up. We had 44 participants, which we really enjoyed.

The girls from our 2008 cohort are instructors, and they work all day like that. They are good at teaching and patient with children. We have a lot of different exercises and a few games. We also have some parents who have taken time off this week to help with the participants’ comfort, but also to prepare a good, healthy and at least varied lunch each day. In addition, we also held a fruit break with fruit slices for all participants.

The participants were very positive and most had smiles on their faces. Afterward feedback from parents and participants was exclusively positive. Some are already getting their first handball training, having tried out at handball school last week. The girls who are instructors have really thrived on this task, and we might see some of them as future trainers. They really put a lot of effort into this.

Thanks to the NHF for the t-shirts and organization, and thanks to Rema 1000 both central and local for their kind help. Thanks also to Bama who gave fruit to the children during the school days.

You should not overlook the fact that we are hosting a handball school in the future, should the opportunity arise.

Good atmosphere and full speed 3 more days and we are looking forward to hosting a handball school in new Korsvollhallen over winter break.

Raumnes & rnes

In the first three days of fall vacation, Neshallen has been full of activities with handball-loving kids. A total of 46 children have experienced mastery, new acquaintances, and excitement in the game of handball. We were fortunate enough to have instructors from the women’s team of 20 and men’s 15, as well as assistants from the women’s team 13. The kids thought it was great fun that young people and their respected role models were in charge of the activity.

In addition, the rnes sanitation association was excellent and served 3 days of hot lunches in our nice new club house just a short walk from the hall.

Overall, a very successful handball school. We look forward to next time.

Gresvik

From Monday to Wednesday in October, Gresvik IF hosts the REMA 1000 Handball School. It was 3 days of lots of handball activity and at least a lot of handball fun.

A general warm-up for everyone with “Follow the leader” is very popular. During the three days of handball school lasting, a total of 55 children were born in 2016 to 2011. The sessions were divided into practice and beginners, which seemed to have given most of the participants a sense of mastery. A total of 15 instructors were brought in from the J16, J15 and J14 teams respectively.

Once again a very good response from the parents of the children who have participated. We would like to finish this again next time during winter break on the 23rd.

We at Fet IL felt lucky when the NHF and Rema 1000 chose us to host the Rema 1000 handball school over the fall holidays. With skilled instructors from Fet G 07 and J 06, we are ready on Monday 3 October to welcome 43 excited children who will have their first day at Rema 1000 Handball School. After a joint welcome and some general messages, the children divided into several groups and each was given their own instructor who would accompany them for 3 days. The instructors quickly assumed leadership roles and guided the group to their permanent location. The participants were very happy to have the same shirt and ball.

After all the equipment was distributed, headed straight for the hall where the first handball practice would take place, no doubt many participants were excited to get started as the ball flew between the walls soon after. they enter the hall. The instructors quickly mastered and immediately started the first handball practice. It doesn’t take long before you can see the excitement of the sport and the desire to master handball practice well, everyone’s concentration is at its best.

Days 1 and 2 at Rema 1000 handball school were used to learn basic handball skills before the outbreak of the handball tournament on the third and final day of handball school.
With high commitment from both referees, coaches and secretariat, the participants put on “the face of the game” and the tension of the battle took over, but with cheers and clear messages from the coach on the sidelines, everything went very well. Overall, the kids had a great time at the Rema 1000 handball school.

Eid IF

Eidsvold IF also holds a Rema 1000 handball school during the autumn holidays It has been three great days with lots of activities and fun in Råholthallen, and for some handball schools it was also their first encounter with this sport, we all love it, Total 47 kids have followed, and they were divided into groups based on age and how much they knew about handball from before. There is also plenty of training and multipurpose games during school time, but an important focus on kids having fun is the common thread in the program put together by 8 good club instructors.

Nose tip

During the fall holidays we organized the Rema1000 handball school for children born 2010-2016. It was three wonderful days of playing with ball, laughter, overcoming, training, frustration, joy, courage and togetherness! We have a young coach who is always there, and 40 children who are mentored throughout the day in a good and safe way. We were sponsored both with fruit and lunch by REMA 1000 Nesodden and hummel sponsored uniforms and handball for all children.

Handball Ull/Kisa organizes a REMA 1000 handball school during the fall holidays. 26 children aged 6-12 participated, and there was a good atmosphere at Jessheimhallen all week. Kids have fun!
