Henny Reistad has been named the world’s best handball player for 2022 by website Handball Planet. The 24-year-old believes it is a great honour.

Henny Reistad had a great season where EC gold with Norway was the highlight early on. The full-back was named the championship’s most valuable player in November. He has been vice-captain of the Norwegian national team.
