One of the biggest country stars in the world, Brad Paisley, is returning to Norway! On Wednesday 6 March 2024, the Oslo Spektrum Arena was once again filled with boots and Stetson hats.
Brad Paisley has earned his place in country music history, known as an excellent guitarist, as well as an incredible songwriter and world-class entertainer. Now he will soon release a new album, and announced a world tour with a stop in Oslo, five years after his last concert in the capital.
“We are looking forward to welcoming Brad Paisley again to Oslo Spektrum, with new music under his cowboy hat. The last time he visited, the Spektrum sold out in just a few hours and put on a real party concert, so here it’s important to know the time of your visit,” said Stian Pride to concert organizer FKP Scorpio Norway.
Paisley has won numerous awards, including three GRAMMY Awards, two American Music Awards, 15 Academy of Country Music Awards, and 14 Country Music Association Awards. He has been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2001, and has written 21 of his 25 number one hits.
In 2008, he became the first artist to achieve 10 No. 1 hits. 1 in a row on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, and throughout his impressive career, he has amassed nearly 5 billion streams.
Brad recently released the first four tracks from his upcoming album ‘Son Of The Mountains’ for the first time, via ‘Son Of The Mountains: The First Four Tracks’. The project includes the previously released ‘Same Here’ with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and ‘So Many Summers’. This is me
in addition to the newly released title track ‘Son Of The Mountains’ and ‘The Medicine Will’.
The full studio album is expected to be released in early 2024.
