As Chief Marketing Solutions Officer, you will be responsible for running and growing the NHST content marketing portfolio, events, partnerships and advertising sales – both in Norway and internationally. The group is experiencing strong digital growth and has aggressive growth plans. You can lead a fantastic team of around 80 employees across Norway, the UK, the US and Asia.
We are looking for you with extensive management experience and the ability to lead the process of change and innovation. The right candidate has worked at the same level and preferably leads an international team. You must understand the relationship between journalism, social mission and the commercial development of media groups.
As a leader, you are visionary, clear, and have strong implementation skills. For us, it is important to have a user-oriented and data-driven approach in our daily work. It should be a way of working that you both enjoy and have experience with. As a person, you are a great relationship and culture builder who leads through the development of your employees.
You are fluent in English as a working language. The main place of work is in Oslo or London. The role reports to the CEO, and will be part of the management company NHST Media Group.
