Of the 400 people on the list, only 51 are women. Businesswoman Rannfrid Rasmussen tops the list with a fortune of NOK 9.05 billion, making her the 34th richest person in Norway.

Haaland is on the list

As the first Norwegian footballer, Manchester City star Erling Braut Haaland is on the list of Norway’s 400 richest people this year. Kapital calculates his wealth at NOK 1.8 billion, an increase of around NOK 800 million from last year. With that, he took 240th place on the list.

But Capital wrote that their estimate was conservative and justified it by saying that they did not know which bonuses Jærbue had agreed to.

Therefore, they also do not take into account any clauses and bonuses he has fulfilled, which may have increased his wealth significantly.

“Haaland has now won three finals in a short space of time, and been top scorer in both the Premier League and Champions League, there is no doubt that he has fulfilled all the bonuses that his contract with Manchester City should have. And all bonuses are contained in any sponsorship agreement,” wrote Kapital.

Kapital also said that several foreign media calculated Haaland’s wealth to be much higher. Among other things, Forbes estimates his wealth at NOK 2.1 billion, while the British Daily Mail estimates his wealth at NOK 2.6 billion.
