Slovakian skier Petra Vlhová won the World Cup night slalom in Courchevel ahead of American rival Mikaela Shiffrin. Czech representative Martina Dubovská also scored points in her fourth slalom of the season, finishing in 24th place.
Defending Olympic champion Vlhová wins in France thanks to fastest second lap. After the first race, she trailed Shiffrin by 17 hundredths of a second, but in the end she beat the World Cup women's leader by 24 hundredths of a second.
