After Queen Elizabeth’s departure, it is now very uncertain whether this weekend’s Premier League round will take place.

After the death of Queen Elizabeth, several English clubs also marked her death in the Europa League tonight.
Expect delay
While nothing has been confirmed yet, many believe that the upcoming Premier League round will be postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth on Thursday afternoon.
Journalist in the Daily Mail, Mike Keegan, wrote that Premier League clubs were hoping for a quick clarification.
– The club expects an announcement tomorrow morning. Those I have spoken to said they expected the round to be postponed in honor of the Queen’s death, he wrote Twitter.
Security wrote that an emergency meeting would be held on Friday. Football writer at The Times Henry Winter also believes there will be a delay.

Match played tonight
Manchester United’s home game against Real Sociedad had not yet started when the news of the Queen’s passing came. Both teams observed a minute’s silence before the match.
The cliché that you can hear pins in silence is true tonight at Old Trafford. Many of the supporters who were at Old Trafford were clearly affected. Some pray, and others guard their hearts. Some people close their eyes.
Both teams play with black mourning bands. In addition, no music is played before the match in the stadium.
