Expect delay

While nothing has been confirmed yet, many believe that the upcoming Premier League round will be postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth on Thursday afternoon.

Journalist in the Daily Mail, Mike Keegan, wrote that Premier League clubs were hoping for a quick clarification.

Match played tonight

The world of sports is mourning

The deaths also impacted sports other than football. Among them, all competitions in the Queen’s favorite running sport were canceled on Thursday.

The DP World Tour golf tournament was also cancelled. Viktor Hovland was in co-leadership, but after news of Queen Elizabeth’s death came, the golf tournament was suspended.
