Do you want to work in professional diving? Diving education at Høgskulen på Vestlandet is organizing a dive leader course at Skålevik in Bergen in March 2024.

– The course lasts for two weeks and fulfills the requirements for the diver leader course of the Norwegian Employment Inspection Authority and Norsok U-103, wrote HVL in Facebook.

The theory is carried out from March 4 to 8, while practical training takes place from March 11-15 2024. The course fee is NOK 25,000 and registration is binding.

Entry requirements for this course are that you are a professional diver with a minimum of two years’ experience, a minimum of 200 dives, and be 24 years old before taking the course.

This course is based on the knowledge of professional diving and dive management that is part of the training requirements for class A and class B diving certificates, as well as previous experience gained as a professional diver.

Application deadline February 14, 2024
