00:00. Russia attacks the Dnieper
The mayor of the city of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, wrote on Telegram on Monday that Russia was carrying out attacks on the city's civil infrastructure, local media reported that electricity and water supplies were cut off in several districts.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported that there was a combined drone and missile attack on the Dnieper River. Public television Suspilne reported that power was out in parts of the city, and daily Dzerkalo Tyzhnya reported that water supplies were also cut.
