However, the 71-year-old pilot did not stop at the club, he immediately received an offer to take up a consultant role when his health permitted, which was also desired by his successor, David Horejš.

The former coach sent his last message to Hradec Králové fans. “Hello, first of all I would like to thank all the fans who have supported me. Unfortunately, recently I have been faced with health problems that I have to overcome. Therefore, after an agreement with the club management, I have decided to end “My position is head coach. If the club is interested, hopefully after a successful recovery, I can return to work at the club. However, everything depends on my health condition, which is very determining for me at the moment,” they say goodbye Vaclav Kotal.
