Bulgarian influencer Andrea Ivanova (25), better known as “Barbie Balkan”, has made headlines on several occasions for her desire to resemble a Bratz doll.
Dagbladet has previously written about Ivanova’s wild lip injection, for which doctors warned of “fatal consequences.”
He is said to have had his lips injected more than 30 times so far.

Ivanova started her body modification journey in 2018 and has not looked back since.
In an interview with the Jam Press news agency, he said that he recently celebrated his 25th birthday with jaw fillers:

The longest chin on the planet
– I love my lips, but now I want to set a new record, the influencer told Jam Press.
He said that for a period in the future he will get hyaluronic acid injections in his chin every two weeks, to get the longest chin on the entire planet.
But it doesn’t stop there – because as long as the chin gets bigger, the lips should follow the same path, influencers believe:
– Of course I want to follow my lips. My doctor said I was exaggerating, but I was determined about this. I need to lengthen and “sharpen” my chin, and the lips have to match, he told the news agency.
The young woman has not only operated on her face: the former philosophy student has also increased her breast size from 75C to 75E.
Ivanova told Jam Press that the changes had significantly boosted her confidence. She has also gained a good fan base on Instagram due to body modifications.
– I’ve come this far now. I don’t know how much money I spent, it’s been a lot of injections. But there will be more, the influencer told the news agency.
