The president spoke to citizens on Saturday night. In it, he refers to the full-scale edition that launched on 24 February Russian aggression against Ukraine. – We are living in dangerous times – full-scale is happening beyond our eastern borders war. There hasn’t been one in Europe since the end of World War II. Russia’s brutal aggression against an independent and democratic Ukraine has brought death, pain and suffering – she says.

It is a war with no end in sight. We’re at Polandlike no other person in this world, every day we see the enormity of human tragedy with our own eyes. We met mothers and children who had sought refuge with us, fleeing the horrors of war. They are our guests – stress.

As he added Presidentthe effects of this “barbaric aggression” also affected Poland. – Energy crisis, rising prices, economic slowdown, uncertainty about what will happen tomorrow. We have to say it directly: Putin’s Russian imperial policy is responsible for all this. Alas, the consequences of this war in the coming year will not just disappear. We still have to deal with them he noted President Duda.

However, despite these uncertainties, despite these many challenges and problems, as Poles, we open our hearts and homes to our neighbors in need. We are not divided. We do not succumb to Russian propaganda and disinformation. This is a phenomenon that the whole world is talking about. It is an attitude we can be proud of. We all passed the test of humanity, solidarity and patriotism with flying colors in 2022. I would like to thank you once again with all my heart – the president turned to Poland.
