“The joke is over.” Photos from Orlen station flooded the Internet

X and Facebook platform users wrote about fuel availability problems at Orlen station and “dispenser failure”.

And that’s what Orlen is about. I have to travel 15 km to get oil – wrote one of them.

A photo card containing information about a diesel oil “dispenser failure” at a gas station in Kłodzko in Lower Silesia was also published by Bartek Ciążyński, vice president of Wrocław. “Kłodzko. If someone drives a diesel, for example an ambulance, bus, truck, they will not drive. Will the ticket come back?” – he wrote on the X platform.

Nowa Gazeta Trzebnicka reported that notices informing about “dispenser failure” were hung near diesel pumps at one station, and at all pumps at other stations. – We asked Orlen employees what happened until suddenly all Orlen distributors failed? The women laughed and said that “someone might think that people are stupid and don’t know what’s going on.” A few moments later, they immediately admitted that there was no fuel – journalists reported on Facebook.

Economic journalist Andrzej Stec posted a photo from Orlen station in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. “No fuel 95. Kind staff: no wonder. Our demand has increased by more than 300 percent.” – he wrote on the X platform.

Journalist and publicist Michał Szułdrzyński also posted a photo from a gas station in his neighborhood.

GarwolinOnline24 readers also reported fuel shortages at Orlen station. There are also photos of the same card at the pump, among others: in Inowrocław.

For several weeks now, we at money.pl have been writing about the so-called fuel miracle. Contrary to the situation on the European and world markets, fuel prices in Poland continue to fall. At gas stations it is already below the psychological limit of PLN 5.99/l. Orlen denied the “politicization” of prices ahead of upcoming prices election and suspected fuel shortages.

There is peace where delivery is guaranteed or there is simply a card with information about failure – added wp.pl.

Ambulance having trouble refueling? “They are driving and looking for fuel”

“The joke is over. Due to the fuel crisis, our WSPR ambulance is having difficulty refueling. In the north of the province, most Orlen stations are experiencing fuel shortages” – wrote Olgierd Geblewicz, chairman of the PO in the West Pomeranian Province.

The marshal added that the local ambulance service did not have its own fuel supply. “We have a fleet agreement with Orlen, we don’t have wholesale stock, so rescuers drive around and look for fuel stations. Country PEE” – he said in a post on platform X (formerly Twitter).

Orlen: “This is disinformation. We have the right amount of fuel”

Orlen’s press office reacted to his entry. “Please do not spread misinformation! If there is a temporary shortage of any product, it will be restocked immediately,” the company’s response read.

We emphasize that Orlen has the appropriate amount of fuel to meet customer demand. It is only a matter of time needed to deliver the fuel to the point of sale. That is why we are strengthening our logistics strength and delivering fuel in a sustainable manner – said Orlen.

Police problems with refueling in Silesia. There are instructions

Earlier, senator Krzysztof Brejza, also from Civic Platform, revealed the contents of a letter from the provincial headquarters in Katowice to police officers in Silesia. It contains instructions on what to do if there is no diesel at Orlen station. In such situations, police officers are allowed to refuel with more expensive fuel.

“In connection with the emergence of signals that there is a problem of shortage of diesel fuel at PKN Orlen Station, and taking into account the upcoming resolution period, then Only in case of such difficulties, please refuel your company vehicles with Verva fuel with increased parameters“- we read in the instructions signed by the Deputy Head of the Transportation Service at Police Headquarters.

However, in an interview with “Wyborcza”, Senator Brejza confirmed this he did not know the date of the document he was citing because he had only received part of it.

We sent questions regarding instructions for Silesian police officers to the National Police Headquarters in Katowice. We also asked Orlen’s press office questions about reports of “dispenser failures” in various regions of the country.

“A message about distributor failure is displayed as standard if the device cannot be used. The reasons for the lack of distributor availability may be varied. The company always monitors the situation at gas stations. “If there is a temporary shortage of any product, it will be immediately restocked,” Orlen answered to a question from money.pl.
