The project, which is implemented on an area of ​​25.7 hectares, covers 134,000 square meters of ecological construction. It focuses on principles such as ecological design, economic efficiency, intelligence, sharing or the possibility of being an example for other projects. The project is completely based on five core values ​​– ensuring energy with zero carbon emissions, coordination of multiple energy sources, optimal energy efficiency, strengthening the possibilities of digital technologies and internationally focused innovation – and integrates renewable energy sources, centralized and distributed energy systems. , hydrogen technology and solutions for energy storage.
