Combined Norwegian squad for Otepää ready – two changes
Jarl Magnus Riiber and Ida Marie Hagen lead the Norwegian squad which will try to continue its winning streak at the World Cup race in Estonia Otepää this weekend.
Only two races this season have ended without a Norwegian runner on the podium. Austrian Johannes Lamparter was responsible for both.
Riiber holds a firm grip on the championship lead with seven races remaining. Closest behind is Stefan Rettenegger. Riiber earned Norway's 200th individual World Cup win on the men's team last weekend.
In the women's overall competition, Ida Marie Hagen took the lead after performing very well last month. She has knocked Gyda Westvold Hansen off the throne and stands with three wins in a row.
There were two changes made from the competition in Seefeld last weekend. In the men's team, Simen Tiller replaces Kasper Moen Flatla, while Mille Marie Hagen is new to the women's squad.
All selection, women: Ida Marie Hagen (Haslum), Gyda Westvold Hansen (Nansen), Mari Leinan Lund (Tolga), Marte Leinan Lund (Tolga), Hanna Midtsundstad (Våler), Mille Marie Hagen (Haslum).
