Prague ranks second among the world’s most cultural capitals, beating London and Paris

In the Time Out ranking, Prague beats cities such as Vienna, Madrid, Paris or London, while the last two cities are not even in the top ten. This was decided by twenty-one thousand citizens who had to assess the quality and affordability of culture in their city.

Prague is only surpassed by Mexico City, which, according to the Daily Mail, has a very diverse culture and at the same time fully meets the requirements mentioned in the previous paragraph. He pointed to the many museums and street parades held in the city, for example on the Day of the Dead.
