While it may look like a hearse from the outside, it is a fully functional mobile office mobile home. However, this is not a bespoke production or modification of the electric Škoda Enyaq, but it is a unique example of the Škoda Roadiaq, created by 29 students from the Škoda Automotive Vocational School. The original car underwent extensive modifications
“To convert the Enyaq into a motorhome, the students significantly modified the bodywork. As well as the new roof structure, they also developed a new fifth door which allows the installation of an awning. The Roadiaq is equipped with 21-inch Supernova alloy wheels from the Enyaq range and has a two-tone Emerald Green and Moon paint finish White.The fabrics used in the interior for the seat covers, door panels and instrument panel are made from 100% recycled materials.Furniture for camping, sleeping and working remotely in the back of the car is custom made after consulting with experts based on design proposals from students,” the automaker said of the news.
“This project has traditionally benefited from the close cooperation of experts from all departments of Škoda Auto. However, during the assembly of the roof structure and custom-made furniture, the apprentices also turned to outside experts for help. They invited Cargodesign and KPS Automobile companies to provide advice, which actively assists students in the application of external and internal equipment. In addition to camping spots and office equipment in the rear of the vehicle, students also create a workplace in the passenger seat. A special arm provides passengers with a place to attach the tablet. The interior is equipped with a number of fittings and accessories for entertainment and relaxation, some of which are already part of the Škoda range. These include wireless speakers, solar showers, espresso machines with 12V connection, kitchenware, chairs, tables, plates, pots and pans, cups and glasses, USB cables and chargers, rugs and baseboards, as well as flashlights and survival kits for adventurous travellers,” he added.
