The latest FIFA 23 is captivating with a new trailer. It promises women’s league, cross-play and world championship

Not long ago, the well-known publisher Electronic Arts surprised the gaming public by announcing that FIFA 23 would be the last “fifa”. Although this is not the end of this game series, but only changed its name to EA Sports FC, many players are sad. However, Electronic Arts doesn’t seem to worry too much about it and has presented players with a new, tantalizing trailer for the 23rd edition of the popular sports simulation of the world’s most popular sport.

The most striking new feature is the possibility of crossplay, where players on Xbox and PlayStation compete against each other in all modes, including FIFA Ultimate Team, online season, or friendly matches. However, there is one limitation – only players in one console generation can compare their strengths, namely PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, or players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One who can compete.

The developers have also not forgotten about international football, thanks to which you will be able to enjoy the highlights of the season in the form of the World Cup in Qatar and the Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. Both championships will appear as part of the free update. Women’s soccer fans can look forward to one more news – two women’s leagues will be added to the game, namely the English and French leagues.
