The “strong men” invaded Woronicza. A man from the special services – Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz – who currently serves as Minister of Culture, announced a change of power in TVP, Radio Polskie and PAP, violating the legal order and referring to the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code. The Polish media was silenced in an instant. At the same time, the deputy head of the European Commission, Vera Jourowa, was in Warsaw to speak with the heads of the Sejm and Senate and the Minister of Justice about the rule of law. So far, none of these people have seen any violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland or citizens' right to information. This is what Tusk country looks like! They will cross all boundaries. But this time, no one will claim Poland. The task will be completed! And it's not about freedom at all!

All para-democratic revolutions proceed in the same way. After a long process of demoralization, destabilization occurs, aimed at generating street riots, protests and hatred of the authorities. Then society is thrown into crisis and the media is directed in such a way that public opinion itself wants a change of power and elects a “political savior” in democratic elections who will bring the desired freedom. This is where the normalization stage begins. A new government takes over the country, introducing its own solutions and giving new roles to society. Exactly what they didn't want to receive before.

Poland's smiling Donald Tusk already showed his true murderous face in the first week after taking power. He acted cruelly and brutally. Today intrusion into the Polish Television buildingthe entry of a person nominated by Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz into the presidential office and the harsh treatment of parliamentarians who carried out parliamentary interventions provided for by law were just a taste of what was to come. A situation like this has never occurred in Poland since martial law. Polish citizens are cut off from the information broadcast by Telewizja Polska. Broadcasting of TVP Info was discontinued. The tvp.info portal and streaming news channels were blocked. Channel One's TV signal switched to broadcast. Not during the day “News” is broadcast.

All based on a short statement by Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz who decided to change the authority of all public media. He justified this shameful decision with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code. At the same time, he considered the guarantee issued by the Constitutional Court to be “legally ineffective”.

On 19 December 2023, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, as the body implementing the ownership rights of the National Treasury, which holds 100% of the company's shares, dismissed the current presidents of the Management Board of Telewizja Polska SA, Radio Polskie SA and Polska Agencja Prasowa SA as well as the Supervisory Board. . The Minister appoints new Supervisory Boards of the companies mentioned above. Companies that have appointed new Company Management.

Actions violate the law for various reasons. Applying the Commercial Enterprise Code in the case of public media, whose activities are permitted by law and the Constitution itself, is a clear violation of the law. But it certainly won't be the last! After all, there were announcements about the takeover of institutions with the participation of “powerful people”, it was predicted that “PiS supporters will jump out of the windows”, and the most active program of the Tusk government is “Cell+”. First, clean up the media and suppress pluralism. The message on TVN and TVP is the same, namely friendly to the authorities.

What does Adam Bodnar say about this – a defender of freedom and currently serving as Minister of Justice? What about the Chairman of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, who just yesterday stated that the resolution cannot change the media landscape in Poland? What does Vera Jourova, who is investigating the weak rule of law in Poland, think about this? They all met today in Warsaw. Will they pay attention to the Tusk regime's methods? Will they react by breaking the law, destroying the rule of law, and trampling on citizens' rights to information? We have never experienced a scandal like this in any democratic country before. A lack of reaction from the European Commission would be the final signal that the reality of the regime is fully accepted in the EU, as long as the concept of the state conforms to EU ideology. This is not about freedom! It is about the effective implementation of certain interests.
