Anyway, the creator of the new crazy comedy We will build a team claiming that what happens in team building, stays in team building. When you think you have a strong foothold in any direction and nothing can stop you, you are usually very wrong. Ambitious company employee Aleš (Jakub Prachar) is his narcissistic boss (Alexander Barta) instead of being promoted, he was transferred to the company’s worst department – the call center. There, he quickly has to figure out how, along with eccentric conspirator Marcela (Petra Polnišová), the neurotic nihilist Michal (Vojtěch Kotek), model girl Jitka (Anna Polivkova) and other strange companions to create a well-coordinated team. It’s the only way he can defeat his former colleagues during a team-building weekend, save his new department from dissolution and, most importantly, rediscover his lost self-esteem.
